We invite forward looking individual for the following job opening in the Singapore EPC project execution centre as

Assistant Buyer

Responsibilities:

* Administer company web-based purchasing programme
* Provides input and links to Accounting for all purchase orders issued
* Co-ordinate the submission of time sheet for the department
* Input details of orders for accounts to process the payment
* Maintain project procurement files and folders
* Attend project procurement meetings and prepare minutes on a weekly basis
* Issue orders for miscellaneous purchase and contracts
* Provide general assistance to procurement staff, including expediting via telephone

Requirements:

* Diploma in Purchasing Management or Engineering
* Min 3 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Industry
* Must know how to use MS Office and any of the Network Linked programme
* Must be meticulous, organised and able to work in a team
* Singaporeans / PRs may apply
